| I bought this two owner car outof California to be a weekend cruiser, and that’s exactly how it brought mejoy these past 6 years. I chose thismodel because Mercedes built a variation of this body style for around 20years, so parts are affordable and easy to find. Thankfully, it has lived up to the Mercedesreputation for being well built and reliable, allowing me to spend money onupgrades to the car vs making repairs. Anything I’ve done to the car is well documented and records will beprovided. I loved that even if I mightonly drive it a couple times a month, it fired up perfectly the first timeevery time. The car’s over 40 years oldand doesn’t even leak oil onto the garage floor. The only reason I am selling is I now havea daughter driving and don’t need to have 4 cars.The car drives exactly like such a well maintained and servicedcar should. Powerful V8 has real cruising speed on the highway. The 4-speed automatictransmission shifts smoothly. Comes with new tires on front and nearlynew tires on rear, very nice Mercedes chrome wheels, original ownermanuals and keys, and custom floor mats. Comes with both HARD and SOFT tops. The soft convertible top (inchocolate brown) is in excellent shape as it was replaced in 2017. Interioris in great condition, including carpet, dash, seats, and door panels. Also comes with a custom car cover to keepthe dust off, a very handy rack to hold the hard top in your garage when not inuse, and the original hard top lift if you want to mount it on the garageceiling to aid taking the hardtop on and off (otherwise it is a two personjob). Shocks, brakes, radio, powerantenna, and everything else on this car are all in great condition. You can literally GET IN AND DRIVE! Upgrades I made to the car include: fold down rear seat (kids canride back there with seat belts), wooden steering wheel and shift knob, Sony CDradio with Bluetooth capability, new speakers and amp, and ceramic paintcoating over original paint. Always garaged. Chrome stillshines like a mirror. You’ll see in the pictures that the paint isflawless.
