| Here for sale in El Paso, Texas is this numbers matching 1971 El Camino. This is a good looking car that turns heads everywhere I go. It looks great in hotrod black with the killer 17 Eagle alloy wheels ! This is a true numbers matching car ( original engine from the factory). That alone should speak volumes about this car. It is a factory A/C car that needs a new bearing, belt and a charge to get the air conditioner working again.It is also a power steering car. The engine has some upgrades done to it, but is not rebuilt. It has a new Edelbrock 4 barrel 600 cfm carburetor with a new Edelbrock aluminum intake, new HEI distributor upgrade with MSD wires. It has a true dual exhaust system that sounds good. The transmission is a Th350 automatic that shifts smooth. This car is reliable, and will need valve stem seals installed. The headlights, turn signals, horn, brake lights , dash lights and cab light are in working order. This classic is basically original stock with the appearance of a Hot Rod. This is still a project and is NOT fully restored. It obviously needs interior work . You can see the carpet was pulled out and you can still see the original jute padding on the floor. This car is in pretty good condition for a 50 year old car. Again, If you are looking for a fully restored car, please look somewhere else. I am sure you can find one for $30,000.00 . If you are looking for a running project that looks great on the street, then this may be the classic you have been looking for !
