This is a 1965 Pontiac Tempest. It was featured in Car Craft Magazine in 2005. The Tempest paved the way for the legendary GTO "The Goat". It’s powered by a Pontiac 400 that sounds and runs incredible. Holley 750 double pumper and Edelbrock intake manifold. Behind that it’s got a turbo 400 transmission that shift’s perfect with a manual valve body and a 3500 stall converter. Has a Currie Ford 9” for a rear end with 4:11 gears and 4 link setup. It’s also got line lock with a flush mounted button by the shifter. 16 gallon fuel cell in the trunk. It just got an entirely new painless wiring harness professionally installed front to back, NO CUT AND SPLICE!! New chrome dipped grill (they didn’t come chrome) and new trim installed as well. The interior was just completely redone and it looks fantastic! Dash is smoothed and leather wrapped, new gauge’s, new dash bezel, brand new factory style steering column, new billet steering wheel, new door panels, cage was wrapped to match the dash and seats. Tons and tons of brand new parts inside and out. It’s finished in a deep Viper red paint that looks outstanding! Has a brand new windshield in it as well. There are absolutely ZERO LEAKS. The car will come with 2 sets of wheels. Both sets have tons of tread. One set is a more practical setup and the other is a drag setup with skinny’s and street legal drag tires.
