1979 Chevy C-10 short bed 2wd California truck, I have the original California pink slip dated 1980 Truck is 99% rust free, it has been repainted some time ago, shows patina on hood and there are some chips and paint flaking in spots The interior is all new, with power windows and locks, new carpet, door panels, headliner, seat has been recovered, dash is perfect. Truck has been LS swapped with a GEN 3 5.3L and 4L60E combination from a 2006 Suburban with 105,000 miles. Motor is stock other than a TBSS intake and stainless steel headers. TEJAS Steelworks engine, transmission and ECU mounts, engine fits perfectly. New radiator and dual electric fans that are computer controlled, new alternator. Injectors have been cleaned and flow tested. New drive shaft. Truck is DBW (drive by wire) with electronic throttle body. Truck has cruise control and A/C, the A/C compressor is mounted and wired in but it needs lines made and installed. New heater controls, blower motor, resistor and relay have been installed. Fuel system is an intake pump in a new EFI tank, hard line run up to the engine with GM quick connect fuel fittings to the fuel rail. Corvette fuel pressure regulator and finger. A new A/C condenser and dryer are included, still in the boxes.All the gauges work including the speedometer and it has been calibrated and is accurate. LED lights have been installed to make it nice and bright. No radio but has kick panel speakers. Wheels are 20” bossCPP 2” lowering spindles in the front, removed one leaf spring in the rear.Truck runs and drives great, I would daily drive it without a worry.
