This 1968 Charger was just pulled from a 9 year storage. Prior to that it had a 1970 383 with an Auto trans rebuilt and drove for around 1500 miles before being parked into a dry storage. It had filler and lower qtrs replaced. It's not a perfect car but not a rust bucket. After I brought it home, I drained the oil and pulled the plugs. The 383 fired right up without any issues. I drove it 20 miles to get a feel for it. The steering box's is loose but other than that everything felt great. It was a 318 car from the factory with column shift. Here are the details from the prior owner. 1970 383 block that was machined by NAPA and is 30 over, with Edelbrock Aluminum Performer RPM heads, High-Rise Victor Indy Intake, Demon Carb, 727 trans with B&M Star Ratchet Shifter. Trans was rebuilt by local trans shop a year or so before going into storage. posi rear end (highway gear), headers, chrome traction bars. Rally Dash, low back bucket seats. This Car is being sold as is where is. There is no warranties expressed or implied.
