CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
This Porsche began life as a 1975 911 targa and was extensively modified and customized in our Porsche restoration facility. Custom backdated bodywork is finished in Volkswagen Bamboo with orange accents and features custom aluminum ornamental trim, Recaro recreation seats, and custom marine canvas folding targa top. We acquired the car in 2016, it underwent a bare metal 1200 hour nut and bolt restoration which was completed in October of 2019. The original numbers matching 2.7 engine and 915 transmission were rebuilt. The engine features webber carburetors, SSI heat exchangers and Dansk exhaust. The hand stitched interior features a unique fabric with matching seats, door cards, headliner and dash. The interior is race inspired with carpet and back seat delete, 5 point racing harnesses, Momo prototipo steering wheel and custom rs door pulls. During restoration this beautiful targa was carefully disassembled and categorized. Each and every part was media blasted and refinished or replaced.
