Up for sale here is my 1967 Pontiac Le Mans (GTO Clone)It is a fun muscle car to drive. It looks and sounds good going down the road. Here’s what it’s got for a drive train: It has a 1974 400 Pontiac motor in it with big-valve heads. Aluminum Edelbrock intake and carb Headers, new true dual stainless steel exhaust Turbo 350 automatic transmission HEI distributorOther features include: -Aftermarket 4 core aluminum radiator -Complete new suspension on all four corners -Brand new 4 wheel disc brake conversion with parking brake, lines, booster, and master cylinder all new -Tilt steering -Aftermarket B&M shifter -Sunpro triple gauges -The interior is in good condition-Recent metallic blue paint buffs up very niceA few minor things that need attention: -new window crank handles -a couple of window weather strips - a wiper motor-reverse lights-headliner is starting to sag at the rear pillars -pass side window needs to be reattached to track-one wheel stud (driver rear) -center console needs to be secured (it is just sitting in place now) -this was not a frame off restoration as far as I know, it appears to be more of an exterior make over-there are some small areas of rust a (around the trunk lip and very minimal in the door jams -see photos)-also minor paint bubbling inside rear pillars (see photos)(for instance the inside the trunk does not appear to be sanded and painted and could use some attention)-the radio is era correct but does not workRecent work I have just had done includes: New 650 Edlebrock carb w/ electric choke New HEI distributor w/ MSD wires New rear shocks Entire car completely re-wired LED lights installed in dash gauges LED dome light New ignition switch New weld style racing rims Brand new BF Goodrich white lettered tires all around GTO grill with new turn signal lights in grill New 12v outlet The car is a great driver. It’s powerful and sounds good. It is not going to take home first place in any car shows, but it is a real head turner, and gets a ton of compliments. I do not want to sell it but I am self-employed and due to this COVID situation I am forced to. With a little love and attention you could easily double the value of this car. There are not too many of these left. Please see the photos and feel free to message me with any questions or further photo requests.I can also offer to deliver the vehicle to you for 0.50 cents per mile. (I am offering to deliver the Le Mans to eliminate any skepticism that a potential buyer would have as to the reliability and dependability of this 53 year old beauty). |
