| MG MGB . This MGB GT belongs to a friend who just couldn't resist buying it a few years ago as it is the best year coupe, and he is an MGB addict. But with a few other MGBs and some other classic cars it just sat. He finally decided it should move onto someone who can give it the attention it deserves. With some fresh gas and a battery it started right up. The car runs well with no leaks or smoking, but it has only been driven around the block. I would not drive this car any distance without going over it first. It will have no trouble being loaded onto a trailer. It goes into all the gears, the clutch doesn't slip and the bakes work. I am not sure the history of the car but the original long time owner kept track of all the gas fill ups, oil changes and etc. I do not think it will need much mechanical attention.The body is going to need work if you want it to be more presentable. It has a cheap paint job that is hiding filler and rust. The underside looks solid but the transmission mount and some cross sections will need work. Luckily all the parts are available and someone with access to a welder and time can bring this car back to its' former glory.
