| Selling my 1965 Mustang Convertible.Car is a clean Resto-Mod while staying close to the original look. Owner before us did some work to make it look more sleek. Made some slight body modifications, put the gas cap in the trunk, and recessed the door handles. Makes the car look great but most people can't tell unless you show them. Body isn't perfect but it wouldn't take a lot to get it there. This car is more driver rather than trailer queen.Interior is all basically new. Matching black and silver pony interior with brushed stainless gauge cluster and glovebox cover in the clean shaved dash. Original looking radio with modern aux capability. Wood steering wheel.Engine is a 302 with a 4 barrel carb. Engine bay is painted and looks clean with chrome and color coded parts. Battery is in the trunk to reduce clutter also with a key feature for added safety. Gets started and run at least twice a month. About 6k miles since rebuild.Car has an awesome racing suspension that keeps it low and tight but still very comfortable. It is so fun to drive every single time, especially partnered with no power steering or power brakes.We are selling because we don't drive it as much as we should and the money will be useful elsewhere. That being said, we know what we have.
