CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
This is a very solid original truck. Originally from Citrus Heights, California. I have the original California license plate as well as several original owner registrations. The truck then went to West Virginia in the 80s and then to Ohio in the 2000s. Judging from the registrations I have, I am only the 4th owner. The body has been only twice as far as I can tell. I don't think anything has ever been done to the interior. The seat is original a little saggy but comfortable. The body does have rust spots that have been touched up but NO BONDO or dents. It has what I believe to be the original V6 that rums great, the odometer still works and shows over 800,000 miles. I don't know the history of engine overhauls, all I can say is it runs very well. It has the original oil canister that you just put new filters into as well as an oil bath air cleaner. It is a 12V electrical system. It has a 4 on the floor transmission with a low gear ratio. It cruises at about 55 MPH, for lots of freeway use you would probably want to change it to higher gear ratio. It does NOT have power steering or brakes but both systems work as well as they should. All lights and gauges work as well as the heater and fan. The radio does not work. It has a newer exhaust system from front to back and runs quiet. Also included in the sale are 4 original split rims with tires as well as a good spare. A hydraulic jack is included. The truck has so much potential just look up the average retail. It's over $23,000. I am not expecting to get anywhere near that number but it shows you that there is a good following for a truck like this. It gets lots of attention and thumbs up every time I drive it. I have a clear Ohio title that is already notarized and ready to go. This is NOT A PROJECT unless you want it to be. You can drive it home as is and enjoy it or go all out and take it to the next level. It turns heads either way. I have set the starting price low and will sell it for the price shown. Of course I'm hoping there will more interest in it than just one bidder. Anyway, good luck bidding and buying this truck. You won't be disappointed.
