| 1962 Cadillac Sedan deVille . Condition is Used. This is an excellent project car! Purchased 11 years ago in Michigan. Comes with clean certificate of title from the State of Michigan. Previous owner purchased in California. The car has either been in a dry garage or covered on a dry asphalt driveway since living in New York. Frame and underside are solid...undercoating still intact. This car is super clean and dry on the inside. Glass is in great condition. Rust is surface, except in front of the driver's side door (see pics), and above the passengers side trunk (by the rear window) Spare tire currently on the front. Original in the garage, has a slow leak. I do have all four original hubcaps. Engine and transmission were removed in 2013 with the intention of rebuilding...getting married and having kids got in the way of those plans! Engine did start before being removed. Been covered and stored in a very dry garage ever since. Everything is here! All exterior trim pieces, lights, etc. Included: new oil pump, battery plate w/mounting bracket and battery hold down, new re-manufactured Carter 4 bbl carburetor, two great condition rear windows, new trunk lock, extra fender skirt. Comes with original shop manual on CD. Engine and car must go together! No parting out. Buyer will be responsible for complete transport from Rochester, NY area.
