| Up for auction is this 1966 Chevelle SS 396 2-dr Hardtop. This is a 2 owner car bought new in Kansas and has been off the road and stored since the early 90's. 396 engine with Powerglide transmission. It is currently not running but the engine appears to be clean and mostly complete (missing A/C compressor & driveshaft). It has Factory A/C and Power Steering. The hood and left front fender have been replaced and some time - hood is rough but has good SS scoops - LF fender is from a Malibu that has had the trim holes welded up. All other sheetmetal is original to the car. Inner fenders have been removed but are included (sitting in back seat). There is rust in the floors & trunk - some spots in the lower front fenders, drivers door and lower quarters. The front and rear windshield openings appear to be good & solid. Nice trunk lid. Car needs complete restoration - rolls and steers, tires hold air. Comes with clear Kansas title, original books & Protecto-Plate.NO RESERVE - Sold AS IS - buyer responsible for transportation. $500 deposit due within 72 hrs of sale end - balance due within 7 days or upon pick up - whichever comes first.
