1973 TR6 in good driving condition. The numbers don't match but the car underwent a frame off restoration about 15 years ago and has been driven only about 4000 miles since. The frame has no rust, was painted with POR-15 paint prior to topcoating. Body was dipped and painted (as can be seen from the pictures it does need a new paint job and there is some minor rust on the chrome). The engine was rebuilt locally and both the transmission and differential were rebuilt by The Roadster Factory. It has a tube shock conversion (original lever shocks can be placed back on the car), external oil cooler, electric fan (with over-ride switch under dash, it to can be changed back to the original), dual Weber carbs, electronic ignition (can replace with points if desired), original radio (a newer FM stero is installed in the glove box which is the functioning radio), a hand veneered antiqued dash. The seats and covers have been redone as has the interior carpeting. The Michelin redline tires have minimal wear but are approximately 20 years old. Top is in good condition. Old/spare parts and manuals will go with vehicle. This vehicle is sold as is with no guarantees or warranty. The buyer assumes all responsibility as to the road worthiness of the vehicle. Buyers are welcome to inspect vehicle prior to bidding. Listing may end without notice at sellers discretion as vehicle is for sale locally. |
