| 1957 356 Speedster REPLICA by Vintage Classics of California. Thisis a Beautiful Replica 356 .We have owned this Speedster Since New (2006) andhas always been Garage kept and Never Has been on the Road in the Rain. ThisSpeedster has 5700 miles on it, Runs and Drives like new. Body Finish isExcellent With No Damage, Paint is Very Clean , No door dings or Dents.Thechrome finish has worn down around the tail lights, side view mirrors andLicense plate bezel , surface rust. I think it ages well, and The patina Makesthis speedster Hard to tell its not an Original.(see Pictures) I do take theSpeedster on weekend Runs and Car shows Always brings in people who love it andwant to talk about it. The engine is Strong and free From any oil leaks , It isa 1915cc with dual Weber carbs. Shifts like a Dream and will Fly down the Hwyand keep up with Traffic all day long. The Chassis is a Shortened Reconditioned vw pan with 2in Square tube sub frame components very sturdy and reliable. Disc brakes up front , Very light weight car with a decent size motor that will have you zipping from car show to car show all day long. I would have no issues driving this car all day long. Theinterior is in Excellent condition with no rips or tears in the Italian leatherseats. Door panel as well as all Seals and Weather Striping are clean and ingreat shape.There is a kenwood stereo installed under the dash with front andrear speakers in boxes not cut into the door panels or body panels. Carpet isin good shape a wear on the drivers side by the peddles. There is analarm and a separate battery cut out switch( red handle key ) that can beremoved to prevent theft. The Manual top is in great shape as well as therear plastic window and side curtains, No cuts or tears in either. Also includedin the sale is the Tonneau Cover This vehicle has a current inspection5/20.This is a VERY CLEAN car You will not be disappointed in this car, Ido my best to be as honest as possible in my description but please askme for anything and i will answer as soon as i can.
