| 1930 Ford Model A Hi Boy roadster . I purchased this car 7 years ago from the collection of a well known Portland car dealership owner . it is a well built traditional hot rod , the front suspension consists of a chrome drop axle , 4 bar , and disc brakes , the mustang rear end is held in place with a triangulated 4 bar and Heidts coil over shocks , these are attached to a custom 1932 ford frame that is painted the same color as the body , the engine is a 350 ci. small block chevrolet , the suffix code numbers stamped into the block indicate this engine originally came in a 1973 corvette , the stock water pump has been replaced with a Zips water pump riser , this placers the water pump and fan in the center of the radiator and this car call idle for hours and will never over heat , the transmission is a turbo 400 . the wide white wall radial tires were put on by me when i bought the car and have only 2000 miles on them , the paint is single stage enamel British racing green , this is not a show car , but is a very nice driver , i have enjoyed this car but its time to retire and down size and sell a couple hot rods , i'm not hurting for money so don't waste my time with lowball offers , if you have any questions or would like to make an offer give me a call 503-890-1523 john , i'm not interested in companies offering to help me sell my car , if you are interested please come see it or have your agent or someone you trust come check it out , this car is in excellent shape and a lot of fun to drive , 1928 , 1929 , 1930 , 1931 , 1932 , hot rod , street rod , not rat rod , Bonneville , | |
