IT HAS A GOOD TENNESSEE TITLE AND ON IT SAYS FLORIDA PREVIOUSLY. THATS WHY SOLID UNDERNEATH BUT A COUPLE SMALL RUST HOLES ON SIDE OF WINDSHIELD AND 1 ON BACK.
