| This is a solid 1965 Karmann Ghia convertible. All of the exterior metal work and floors were done by the previous owner. The paint job is good, it could probably use a good compound detail. This car has always been garaged. I had it running a couple of years ago. Ran good and shifted smoothly. I was told the motor 6 volt 40 HP is the original motor but I have never confirmed this. When I bought it 5 years I did all of the brakes and master cylinder. My plan wan was to finish the restoration. As you can see, the wood bows, headliner, padding and new cream color vinyl top are included in the sale. I also have the rug kit, and the back seat kit ready. It basically needs someone who has the time, finish up the project. It is well documented and I have a nice stack of receipts and extra parts that go with the car.
