| 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, 4 speed , side pipe car. Car is a Barn/Shed find, that has been sitting in a shed, hasn't been ran since 1980. This car is very solid , with only surface rust underneath and on the frame - No rust rot. It was originally a 327 ci but now looks to have a sb 400ci . It still retains the 4 speed tranny. This Car needs a full ground up restoration. I see many vettes listed as nice drivers, they look decent but actually need full restorations as well and are more than double in price. With this vette you know your getting a project, no suprises! All the original parts (interior pieces, mirrors, luggage rack, emblems, top frame etc. ) are boxed and with the car. The transmission is numbers matching cast # 3925660 / stamped # P8T26, it also has the correct serial number on tranny. The Rear Axle also appears to be correct, factory installed- Casting #8871875 / Stamped # 2 FA 1 5 68 W. If you would like come out for an inspection or have questions , please message me.
