1978 Dodge Tradesman 200 Sportvan We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA. for the past eighteen years. We are primarily an Auto Wholesale Operation supplying other dealerships, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a nicely preserved 1978 Dodge Tradesman 200 Custom Van. There isn’t any visible rust on the body, and the undercarriage is in really great condition, including the floors. The body is straight and not beat up. The paint is obviously aged and it's not a show piece, but this is a great looking Van in excellent daily driver condition. Some of the modifications are the functional side pipes that sound great but aren't obnoxious, the chrome wheels, the roof spoiler and visor, rear custom windows, and the custom interior with the rear couch, psychedelic carpet, and posters with black light. This Van is equipped with the 360ci V8 engine transmission, automatic transmission and air conditioning that's nice and cold. The engine runs smoothly and runs strong, and the transmission shifts very well. The speedometer works randomly which is because of the speedo cable. I drove this Van 26 miles back to our facility, and got lots of looks and thumbs up – and not just from hippies. We also changed the oil & filters. This Van is ready for immediate pick up. This is the quintessential example of a 70’s Custom Van, and one that has not been abused or neglected. This Van is one that you can actually pickup and drive home and I believe is reliable enough to use on a regular basis.
