This is a very nice restoration of a very desirable 1962 GMC Suburban Carryall. Please read the details very carefully. Call if you have any additional questions before bidding. Dave Three 14-732-592 Five. I will give very honest answers to all questions. I do not want any misunderstandings from any potential buyers. Drive Line: It is running a LS 5.3 liter Chevy V-8 with less than 10,000 miles on it. It has a Holley 4 barrel carb and high rise aluminum intake. Ignition is controlled by MSD control box designed to handle the fire with a carb. It works great. Electric fuel pump. New fuel tank. Stainless steel headers into custom 2.5" exhaust with X pipe. Sounds great. Way more power than what is needed. The trans is a GM truck 5 speed forward and 1 reverse manual shift with a very low 1st gear. The clutch is hydraulic. Shortened and balance drive shaft. Stock rear end. Stock manual brakes. New lowering springs in the back. Front end lowered by turning out the torsion bars. The E brake is not hooked up, but I have all of the parts to do it. Stock manual steering. Body: Super nice rust free Oklahoma body. Very straight. Paint is base coat clear coat GM Victory Red and is a 9.5 out of 10. Show quality for sure. All new glass and weather stripping. I have new locks for the sliding side glass but left them off on purpose. It gives it a cleaner look, and I never leave it parked anywhere that I would have a fear of it being stolen. The side windows slide very freely without the need for the handles. There is 1 very small hole on the wood floor by the left side wheel well. About the size that 2 fingers could fit in. Not sure what caused it? Maybe a mouse? The hole is visible in the picture from the back with gate open. it doesn't effect anything so I left it alone. I do not have keys for the doors or gate. Ignition only. Reproduction keyed locks are easy to get if you need them. The doors close great as well as the rear hatch and tail gate. Note that the front blinkers have been relocated into the grill for a cleaner look. I also have a 1960 hood with the large eyebrows that can be purchased separately. Interior: The front seat is original. The rear seat is not but looks like it could be. The dash is very nicely painted. The rest of the interior is also nice painted bit it still needs the headliner cardboard pieces and carpeting to be complete. Heater works. Wipers do not. All of the wiper mechanism is there, but it blows the fuse for some reason? All new modern wiring and fuse panel. Horn does not work. I pulled the radio from another car I had so I know it works, but I never hooked it up in this truck. Tires and wheels: Steel wheels painted the same color as the truck. Poverty caps and SS trim rings. Newer Coker Classic wide white wall radial tires. Extras: I have 2 boxes of extra parts that come with the sale. Sun visors, window locks, window trim, extra paint ( both colors ) E brake parts, seat belts, door handles, and more. This is a very solid driving vehicle that looks great. Not many of these desirable trucks are left in this condition. AGAIN. I DO NOT RESPOND TO TEXT MESSAGES. Call me at three 14-732-592 five for honest answers to all questions.
