A little history on Knucklehead garage, we have been in the classic car business more than 40 years. We have sold hundreds of classic cars. Ok it may be a little corny, but we can be that way sometimes. The Studebaker Lark went through a cosmetic restoration in the early 80’s. It received fresh lacquer paint along with new NOS stainless steel moldings and chrome bumpers supplied by Newman Altman from Indiana. It also received new rubber floor mats and the seats were covered in original looking plastic to protect the interior. Desirable options include the tissue dispenser and crank-up radio antenna! We have researched the history on the Studebaker and talked to previous owners to verify the mileage on the Studebaker and the restoration process. The power plant on the Studebaker is the redesigned 170 CU IN Six Cylinder engine with 112 Horsepower which was marketed by Studebaker as the “Skybolt Six” mated to a 3-speed manual transmission with the OPTIONAL and HIGHLY DESIRED overdrive!
