CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
For sale is an original owner 1971 MGB. Car was bought in Hawaii in 1971 (dealers always repainted cars that were shipped, reason paint is chipping), brought back to the mainland in 1974. Car was driven daily until 1991 when it was driven under a shed in my back yard. It has not been run since and does not drive currently. Six wire wheels (2 snow tires). It has never been in an accident, has rust thru along rocker panels (new panels included in sale) and surface rust only on exterior. Floor pans replace in 80’s by me (amateur). Car was Ziebart treated in 1975 and under body is free of most major rust. Interior needs complete restoration. Top needs replacement, etc. Purchase of the car comes with a large assortment of new parts to restore the interior, seats,carpeting, seals, trim, bumber,, steering boots and tie rods, etc, (see pictures) plus some used parts (Weber and SU carbs, etc) worth a lot of $$ if purchased individually.
