It is stamped with a VO307MA engine built in Flint, Michigan on March 07 in 1968. It was ordered with and still has the original AIR pump system and N40 Power Steering! The engine sits in a great detailed compartment with the factory orange painted valve covers, block and intake, factory cast iron exhaust headers, original carb, and stock type plug wires. The power is managed by the original Saginaw 3-speed manual transmission before being sent to the original 10-bolt rear end with 3.08 gears, #PA1205G, as it was ordered from the factory. All the suspension components have been cleaned, detailed, and painted and it has a dual exhaust system running out under the bumpers. Interior Our 68 has a great factory look to it with the correct code E black twin bucket seat interior with all correct gauges in the dash as well as the original U63 AM radio. The interior lights, knobs, handles, visors, etc. work as they should, and the interior is set off with the Chevrolet factory three-spoke steering wheel, black door panels, black carpet and black matching rear seats. Exterior The paint looks nice and is in the correct code of NN. It was called Cordovan Maroon and that is the color this Camaro came with and the body looks good too as does the chrome, trim, and emblems. Our Camaro rides on BF Goodrich TA Radials tires and Chevrolet Rallye wheels with chrome wheel rings and hub cap centers to give it the right nostalgic look.
