| A solid "A" code 65 convertible.This car was originally equipt with a 289 4 barrel and a 4 speed.I parted this car out many years ago and have since sold the parts.Remaining is the most important part...being the body shell with it's it's original "A" code vin's in tact.The car has a very straight structure with the engine compartment being very very good. No wrinkle in the inner aprons or damage to the chassis rails. The front battery tray apron will need to be repaired due to some rust which is a very commonly needed repair.The rear chassis rails are very nice also with no signs of rust or kinks or damage.The car is going to need a one piece floor kit and will also need new inner rockers....another common need on convertibles.This body is an excellent platform to restore to original or build into a resto mod.Either way, it is easy to see what you are getting given this cars stripped down state verses buying a significantly higher priced car where although complete..it's true condition would be unknown.Good quality parts are immediately available for purchase both here on eBay and direct through parts retailers to assist in building a clean finished quality car.I am happy to answer any reasonable questions.I have the clear California title in hand.It is reasonable to expect 10 per cent deposit upon the confirmation of the purchase and that deposit is expected within 24 hours maximum.I will accept the deposit through PayPal but the balance must be either a cleared bank wire transfer or cheque or cash. | |
