CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER | |

Up for sale is a very cool 1941 Ford Pickup that was built in the 60’s and still retains its vintage look. Formerly used as a tow vehicle for local racers in northeast Pennsylvania including Marty Acker #2 and Jimmy Seidel #98 Sprint Car. This is a turn key and drive old school build including hydraulic clutch with slave cylinder. Engine is a 1962 Chevy 327 with a Duntov 30-30 solid lifter cam and 50psi oil pressure. Casting # is 3782870. Transmission is a 3-speed chevy with hurst shifter. Rear is a 1955 Chevy. As you can see the rear bumper is designed for towing. Front bumper is a 1949 Plymouth. Glass is like new. All lights working. Vintage General tires mounted on chrome reverse wheels. White pearl naugahyde covers all steel bed. Great patina, solid body. Since this is a commercial vehicle there are advertising tax advantages. Check with your accountant. This would be a great shop truck or tow vehicle for a nostalgic race car. Surf board does not go with truck. Please check my 100% positive feedback and 20 year selling history. I have accurately and honestly described the truck. A funds in hand purchase and local pickup is the easiest method of completing the sale. Any other type of sale must be discussed and approved first. I am happy to recommend previously used shippers if a buyer needs shipping. I am also more than happy to show this truck in person to any prospective buyer by appointment to answer any and all questions that they may have. I look forward to an easy and pleasant sale. Title and keys are in hand ready for a new owner. Not interested in any trades. Thanks. |
