I have owned this vehicle since 1991, I am the 3rd owner, I just had the engine rebuilt, it is a 1914 c.c. 4 cyl. engine, with just over 300 miles on it, just had it's break in oil change and valve adjustment. It has weber IDF 40 carbs, an additional oil sump, oil filter port, and inter cooler. Transmission is from 1977. Interior is in decent condition, I replaced all interior panels in 1992, w/ oak door skins, Pop Top canvas was also replaced at that time. Pop top is still serviceable, but will need replacement in the future. I do not have the Westphalia combination water storage/icebox/sink/spice rack unit, it took up a lot of space, and was very inefficient, I made my own camp gear unit, that is easily removable. I do have the Westphalia tent body, but not the frame, I made my own, which is somewhat heavy, but very sturdy. Front seats are replacements, Ford Windstar, and they do not adjust. Body is quite straight w/ some light rust issues. |
