1969 911T with "S" Front Brakes:We are selling for a longtime PCA member who is selling his well documented 1969 911T with matching numbers engine and transmission as shown on the Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche showing 5 speed manual transmission, tinted glass, sand Sand Beige exterior paint with tan leatherette interior. Included in the sale of the car is a 3 ring binder showing receipts dating back to the mid-1980s while the car was in California. Also included is the original "passport" service booklet showing the engine and chassis numbers as well as the owner's manual and tool kit. Engine carefully/expertly rebuilt w/precision in 2014-2015 with new main bearing set, rod bearing set, connecting rod bushings, valve guides, intake and sodium filled exhaust valves, inner and outer valve springs, timing chains, timing chain rails, piston rings, rod bolts, layshaft bearing shell, and engine gasket set. Also a new clutch kit, oil lines main shaft seal, transmission seal, differential seal chain tensioner guard set were installed. There is a photo of the engine builder's receipt showing parts and labor included in the gallery. The owner reports that since the engine rebuild the car has been driven sparingly. Interior seats and carpeting are original. This 911T has "S" front brake calipers and "S" lower rocker trim. Body is very straight, with doors, hood and engine lid closing nicely and the gaps even. In studying the car over, there no evidence of accident repair. Car was taken down to metal and repainted to its original sand beige color in 2015 and done to a very high level with a deep brilliance, though the owner would like to state that this is not a concours vehicle. Handsome authentic E. Nardi steering wheel enhances the driver's feel and the original gauges and lights work as they should (except for the clock). Blaupunkt radio works. All brightwork is clean and shows well. Michelin tires are near new. True mileage is unknown.
