Absolutely incredible 1978 Pontiac Trans Am Bandit car. A true survivor blue chip collector car. All original paint, interior, the engine has never been out of the car, and an amazing 17,502 original miles. It has been in a private collection for the past 35 years. The PA inspection sticker on the front windshield is from 1985. The last time it was registered. Obviously the car has been garaged its entire life. The condition of the paint, interior and the entire car is mind blowing. The undercarriage still has the original inspection paint dabs on the rear axle and pumpkin. This is also a very high option car just to name a few: A/C, Cruise control, Power windows, Power door locks, Power trunk, P/S, P/B, Rear defroster, Tilt wheel, Am/Fm with 8 Track player, A case of original 8 tracks go with the car. The original owner did not like the Eagle on the hood so he had the dealer take it off. So if you are a fan of the bird you can put it back on the hood and the car will still be correct. The paint has been verified to be all original with a paint meter and past owners. When all said and done this Trans Am priced out at a whopping $8,969.00 in 1978..!! The most amazing thing about this car is that the original owner saved everything from the car I mean EVERYTHING..!! I have never seen this amount of original documentation on any other collector car I've owned. Besides the usual window sticker and build sheet he saved every service record and all the original paperwork and invoices that came with car. Original check that bought the car, Original title and license plate. Original keys and Pontiac key case. Just an amazing blue chip car that belongs in a good collection.
