| Mercury Monterey, one of 10 built with 428 4 speed in a convertible. One of the rarest high performance cars ever built in America. If all 10 still exist that's about 1 for every 33,000,000 people in the USA. Unlikely your neighbor will have one. On top of that, this is the only one in Sage Gold as verified by Marti Auto Works. Car was found in CO, high and dry with original sheet metal and engine. Car runs and drives great. When I bought it a couple of years ago I drove it home over 160 miles with no issues except a balky shifter. That has been fixed. I had pieces chromed and bought several NOS trim items. Car runs and drives great, especially on the open road it cruises. It tops 100 mph easily and more. Most everything works including the 8 track but the back up lights stay on. They are currently unplugged. Lots of docs with this car as seen in the pictures. There is also a disc documenting the restoration. The car is nicely done but is not a national show car.
