Other Makes . Condition is Used. The 1913 model 32 Hupmobile touring has a long stroke 32 HP engine that easily hand crank starts. It has working gas headlamps , although I left the tank empty for shipping considerations. It has kerosene side and tail lamps that work, but may have leaks. The nickel trim is not show condition, but still not too bad considering age. The upholstery has been touched up in the past and is quite serviceable, It starts, runs thru all three forward and reverse gears. The brakes work. I got this car in a trade and it had been sitting idle. I recommissioned based on general knowledge and I certainly did not take care of everything. It has a little pulley system on the rear bows that must have been for Jiffy style side curtains, but no side curtains are present. The top has been amateur installed and offers usable shade, goes up and down, but It could use improvement. It can now be reliably driven at 35 mph and should be capable of better with cooling and carburetor improvements. Bank wire transfer within 72 hours is the preferred payment method. Other methods can be discussed, but may cause delays in shipping. Lack of payment within 7 days will cancel option to buy, unless approved by seller. The car is listed elsewhere and owner reserves the right to cancel the listing, should it sell by other methods. |
