| 1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet Convertible. As you can see in the photo's the top has a couple of small tears in it above the rear side windows. There is duck tape over them. Other than those two spots on each side of the top it is in great condition and works good. I can have a new top installed at buyers expense if they want. The car has a straight 6 cyl 225 cu.in. runs excellent. Does not burn oil or smoke. The car shifts great. The body is solid. Tires are in good condition. Brakes are good. All the lights and turn signals as well as brake lights work as they should. The wipers work fine. The windshield washer reservoir has a crack in the top but will still hold washer fluid. I do not know if it is original paint it is lacquer paint I believe. if it was painted it was done in the early 70's the under side is original factory undercoating and is solid. The front bucket seats have a few tear's as you can see in the photo's the back seat is fine. The car runs and drives great. this is a great little car and is very dependable. The radiator is in great condition and the car has never ran hot nor are there any leaks. I just installed a new exhaust system from the manifold back and a new battery. I am selling the car as is where is due to it is 55 years old. If you want a nice convertible you can afford this is it. Get in it and go. | |
