1915 Model T “The War Wagon” Completely rebuilt and in awesome condition. Runs terrific, nothing needs work. Very unique and unusual the only one at the car shows, a real head turner and ready for a show, parade or touring. This vehicle is modeled after the Light Patrol Vehicles that was used extensively as a reconnaissance vehicle in World War One by the American Expeditionary Forces. It was used to protect ground troupes and observation balloons from German aircraft attack. This vehicle has been in many parades, car shows and featured in Army Motors magazine. Completely restored in 2016, so all work and paint is fresh along with fresh tires, battery, gas tank was boiled, carb rebuilt, starter, generator and cut off. All the metal work is in excellent condition and is from 1915 including the brass radiator. The completely rebuilt engine is a 1927 with the mounted coil box. New wheel bearings and transmission rebuilt. It runs on a 6 volt battery and can be started both by electric starter or if you want to impress everyone you can use the front hand crank like the old days.Magneto, of course, works great and can run on either battery or magneto. Electric headlights, cowl lights and tail light with working brake light. Radiator works perfect and the Motometer on top has never shown a hot engine. Hand klaxon is a hoot to use. Get it, a hoot? It carries a non functioning M1919 machine gun the kind they used in WW1 along with all tools, ammo boxes, stretcher, pith helmet, gas mask, jacks, replica Metford rifles, fire extinguisher, canvas water bag, tow rope, and more. I have a video of it running if you want to see it. Ready to roll, you wont find anything so unique and cool. $12,000. Ask for Jim at 303-946-5897 or [email protected] |
