Playing for the high one, dancing with the devilGoing with the flow, it's all a game to me The car was originally finished in Amazon Green but was painted sometime in the 80’s or 90’s with a bad matte metallic paint job (possibly an Alpina knock-off color?).It’s got a tired but complete tan interior and is powered by a 2.0L M10 inline-four paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. I had the subframe, sway bars, control arms, suspension components, and other brackets sandblasted, repaired where needed, and powder coated. I had the control arms zipper welded. It has a bonded Texas title. Factory 13″ steelie wheels (plus a spare) are mounted have not been driven on, for obvious reasons. As noted in the video, brakes are not installed yet. Parts installed or in boxes in the trunk, in no particular order: 4 tires and 4 valve stems, powder coating subframes and hardware, restored pedal box, rebuilt drive shaft, all internal motor parts and gaskets, rebuilt brake booster, cylinder head and block rebuild, front and rear subframe hardware and bushings, 4 shocks, bushing install, engine hardware kit, new radiator + repair, hollow cylinder head oil bolt, mounted 4 tires on steelies, fuel tank filler, trans mount, shift tower mount, washer, tie rods, idler arm bushings, guibo, u joint, ball joints, carb, hoses, electric fuel pump. It’s got 37,397 miles shown and I do not know if the odometer gears are stripped because I have never driven it more than a mile (pre-rehabilitation).
