| Up for sale is my super original 1960 Rambler Six. This car is a true survivor. 44,000 miles, mostly original paint and interior, Excellent solid body. Purchased in Utah this car has lived its life mostly on the Pacific Coast. Runs and drives great! Everything works except the speedometer and clock. I was planning to restore this car but am retiring and have no place to store it indoors at my new home. So I am forced to let it go. I drive this car on long distance and short trips. Never have had a break down. Included with the car will be a ton NOS parts and accessories which I planned on using for the restoration. These parts include NOS Foxcraft fender skirts, brake warning light kit, interior courtesy light kit, trunk light kit, Rambler tissue box, chrome center post overlay, door edge guards, complete chrome fender trim for both sides of the car, two steering wheels. Previously installed is the Rambler Day night mirror and R Rambler gas cap. Also included are extra tail light and directional lenses, left front wheel bearing, left rear brake cylinder, shop manuals, one extra rim, extra wheel covers, spinners for all four wheel covers and miscellaneous assorted small parts.The roof was painted in its original sovereign blue color in 2019. The placid blue body color is the original paint which is wearing thin and chipping in various areas of the car. Recent work includes, radiator re-core, new temperature sensor, fuel pump, generator and voltage regulator, 5 new Coker Bias Ply tires, right rear brake cylinder, new master cylinder.Currently the car needs, new front door seals, vacuum wiper motor rebuild, left front wheel bearing replacement (have part), left rear brake cylinder replacement, bleeder vale rusted shut cylinder not leaking (have part) and oil seals need replacement, blue smoke at start up. This car has won 1st Place at various car shows such as the Rambler Regional for its originality. Great on gas too! Averages 20 mpg city, 25 highway. It also has the famous Rambler seats which fold down into a bed. Included will the rear door window screens made for the car if you ever intended to sleep in it. Asking $12,000.
