| This is a great projectcar because the hard work has already been done. The car began as a 1967 250SECoupe, and was then converted to a low grille 3.5 Convertible. Power windowsand floor shift automatic, and the undercarriage is solid and alreadypainted. Engine compartment is painted as well. Front and rear suspensionrebuild is completed, 3.5 motor is rebuilt (see photo), the complete wood dashpieces have been refinished by Madera in California (one photo is attached toshow quality). It has a brand new complete and correct wiring harness, andfactory original Mercedes convertible frame. The interior is in excellentshape, the car is complete including, correct 3.5 bumpers. Some of thechrome pieces have been re-plated, some are good driver quality. The bodyparts will be bolted back together for shipping, and everything else carefullypacked in the car for easy transport. The car is currently in primer,with a little more body work to do prior to painting. Please askquestions before bidding, and if you do not intend to pay, do not bid. | |
