Beautiful 1966 ford mustang Factory A-code with rare ivy green paint code!. Was just painted this winter (2020) in its original Ivy Green. Quality clear coat paint job is shiny, super straight with no noticeable blemishes. I Have a bottle of exact touch up paint to go with it. The engine was rebuilt and upgraded with an aluminum 4 barrel intake, new carb, electronic points, new spark plugs/wires, new aluminum racing radiator, new water pump, fuel pump, electronic choke, new battery, new alternator, new regulator and much more. It has a power disc brake conversion on the front with the back drums fully rebuilt. The master cylinder, brake lines, hoses, and hardware are all new. It stops on a dime. The exterior lights work great with new headlights, taillights and blinkers that shine brighter than factory. The brake lights work great and the turn signals blink automatically with no issues. The gauges all work, the wiper works great with new blades. The radio does not turn on. It has a new fuel tank along with sender unit and fuel lines. Horns work as well. Drives straight down the road with a recent alignment. The wheels are authentic 70's drag Cragars with the rear wheels significantly thicker than the front for better traction. It has a posi-traction rear end (rare) to allow for better pickup and (nice burnouts) Crager Wheels are beautiful quality drivers with shiny chrome, no rust and rare original spinners. The exhaust system is all new along with most of the suspension being replaced. On the hood is a real deal 1969 mach 1 hood scoop painted in flat black. The turn signals on the scoop are not functional but could be wired up if desired. The interior looks great I believe the seats are original. The drivers seat has come apart slightly at a few seams but they have been covered as pictured. I have a factory drivers seat cover that comes with the car along with some misc items such as the factory rear leaf shackles and seat belts. Rear seat looks fantastic. headliner is not perfect but still looks very good. All of the glass is clear and the windows roll up with a nice tight fit to the roof line. The windshield has a small chip but it has been treated to prevent further damage. The body has no rot at all, but the frame rails are not perfect and could use a repair. They are however sound as is. The steering is nice and tight. Shifts good but once warmed up needs a little rev to go into drive but once in gear drives perfect. Engine has less than 5000 miles since rebuild, the title says it has 179,533 miles but the previous owner had told me he had made a mistake at the dmv and it should have 79,533. Everything on the car has been rebuilt/replaced anyway so the true mileage is insignificant at this point. Super Straight car at a great price PLease look at the pictures and my feedback. Thank you BUY IT NOW I will consider trades for 08 - present V8 challenger of equal value |
