CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
1969 Mustang Fastback with the 351 Cleveland-4V, FMX Cruise-O-Matic, (bullet proof 3 speed automatic) and a Ford 9” Traction-Lok posi. rear with 3:25 gears. This is not a true Mach1, it is a well done tribute car that was born with all the good parts. It has power steering, front power disc. brakes, AM-FM Radio, Tinted Glass all around. Dressed up with 15” rims with Eagle GT Radials, front chin spoiler, rear deck lid spoiler and rear window louvers. Has a Demon 650 CFM 4 BBL. carb., Pertronix electronic points conversion with a Flame Thrower Coil. Dual Exhaust with great sounding Spin Tech mufflers, newer rear leaf springs and shocks. All of the lights work headlights, driving lights, blinkers, even the courtesy lights and trunk light work. Wipers, all of the factory gauges, aftermarket Tach, OEM AM-FM Radio all work properly. The dual horn set up is complete but not working at this time. The interior is super nice as can be seen clearly in the pics and video, the headliner is separated at one seam but nice otherwise. Engine compartment and motor are also clean and well maintained. This is a sweet fastback that runs and drives excellent. The ODO reads 27,633.? The only real flaw is it could use a paint job. This paint job was done in the 90’s and is starting to show its age. There is some paint loss on the front cowl, rear dutch panel below the back window and a few spots on the rockers plus chips here and there. I posted pics of a few areas that have bubbles in the paint, they appear to be surface only. There is no through rust, original floors, rockers, trunk are all clean and rock solid. There wouldn’t be any extensive work to prep the body for new paint, it’s nice and straight. Watch the video, you can get a good look at the paint and any issues. I would think a lot of people would drive it just like it is as I have, car looks great. The trim tag was lost during the re-paint. I do have the Marti’s Report to show the cars factory options. I always thought the 69 Fastback was the hottest body style. Clear Ct. Registration and Q1 Bill of Sale. No Titles in Ct. on vintage cars. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
