| Priced to sell with low reserve! 1962 Ford F-100 with 400M and C6 transmission transplanted in. Exterior is satin black and interior is red with black. Seat is black with no tears; seat cover is there to protect it. Has power brakes and added power steering. Mileage is listed as exempt.See below. Lots of work has been done, but it does still need some fine tuning. Unfortunately I am retiring and relocating and won't be taking her with me. My loss is your gain with over $8K in documented work and receipts that come in a binder which comes with the truck. Steering still leaves a little to be desired--I think the system needs to be bled and adjusted. The truck smokes a little when starting up if it's been sitting a while, but I've had quite a few old Fords and it seems more common. Could use a tune (or for $2K on eBay you can swap heads, intake and cam to crank it up to 330+ hp). Vent window seals leak a little bit, but it comes with a new set. I might get a chance to install them while the auction is running. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to respond. You won't find a truck like this listed anywhere for this price and if you do, you should buy it right away! Truck is almost 60 years old and is not a $50K show truck, so I do not express or imply any warranty with the purchase of the vehicle. I'm not a dealership, just some guy with a cool truck. | |
