| 1976 GMC SPRINTthis car has been in the same family from day 1, built in the Hayward calif plant and lived in the San Francisco bay area(east bay) its entire life until 5 years ago when the the brother bought it and brought it to Lake Havasu Arizona. he doesnt drive it much he said as he is 83 and gets rides everywhere now.350 v8 engine w turbo 350 trans that starts,runs,drives and shifts smoothly w no issues.factory ac car that has been converted to r134 and compressor is brand new, air works and blows cold. has new OEM radiator (copper w brass tanks)cap, hoses,fan clutch,thermostat, coolant and oil/filter change also. all lights and gauges work as they should w the exception of the dash clock. odometer reads 132, 356 the owner said his brother went through the motor at 80k miles. the only issue i know the car has is it needs a new e brake cable. Turn key... get in it and drive it anywhere!interior of this sprint is in very nice condition and it is equipped w swivel bucket seats and console shift from the factory! (see pics)rear ledge under window, door panels are in amazing shape as is headliner ,sunvisors,carpet etc,has dash cover, dash does have a crack on speaker and pass side of dash pad(pic) even has the og ALPINE cassette deck that works! bead on pass seat towards top has a small tear in stitching as seen in pic.car had re paint in 1990, its single stage and still looks good and presents well. has a scratch here and there but no dings or dents was always garaged.Car is SOLID and rust free w the only flaw i could find is small area along the very bottom of passenger quarter panel w small bubbling,no rot,poor prep before paint? dont know, bed and tailgate are solid and rust free as well.has sport mirrorshas og protect o top landau bed cover that locks and operates as it shouldall chrome and bright work are very nice, has all trim, missing nothing.glass is excellent, windows are tight and roll up and down as they should, suspension is solid, car is smooth, no rattles,squeaks or leaks and is a pleasure to drive!this sprint still has its ORIGINAL spare tire, the tires on the car are 4 or 5 years old sitting on the timeless western turbine wheels. missing the right rear center cap, i bought one off ebay but it is too small so im currently looking for a larger one to fit that center.overall this a GREAT RARE GMC SPRINT that GM didnt produce big numbers of and that you really just dont see many out there on the road any more. owner claims this sprint was #76 off the line in 1976,cant verify that either way, just off what he said his brother told him when he bought it new.i feel you would be hard pressed to find a much nicer one w the options this one has. i urge all interested parties to come see it in person as you will NOT be disappointed OR have it inspected for yourself, a true survivor that shows,drives and presents well that is a pleasure to drive and will be for many more years to come.has a clear arizona titlesold AS IS WHERE IS w no warranty of any kind either written or implied.
