| This is a very nice "RUST FREE" 1969 Pontiac Custom S (like the Lemans and GTO) daily driver, starts, runs and drives like new. Needs nothing, everything working as it should. Originally titled in Oakland California, purchased the car from a 75 year old couple who purchased the car new in 1969 (I am the second owner) the car has the original miles and the 1st owner said the engine has been rebuilt. I have pictures of the car from when I purchased it about a year ago, at that time the GTO hood and passenger fender were primer gray and the rear spoiler was installed in the wrong area of the trunk lid. I had it painted the original color but the paint job wasn't done by a professional (who claimed he was professional). I haven't had to do anything but drive it and enjoy the smooth ride. This 60's muscle car will turn the tires no problem, without hesitation. The front seat has been redone also the rear deck sill and the carpet have been replace. | |
