Chevrolet Corvette .Up for auction, a 1960 CorvetteThe vehicle was garaged for a number of years from time to time by its two previous owners. This offering retains its almost like new appearance while maintaining its iconic and classic look.Other than non-matching numbers the vehicle appears to be mostly original and has been well maintained. A clean frame. All instrument gauges are in working order. Chrome is in excellent to near excellent condition. The braking system was drained/flushed and refilled with DOT 5 brake fluid. Also, fitted with a 15 inch reproduction steering wheel, a quartz clock and a screw on type oil filter.The original 17 inch steering wheel (in very good to excellent condition), original electric clock (needing R & R) and the original oil filter canister are included with the sale.After 9 years the top was raised for the purpose of taking pictures. The top appears to be in very good condition. I did notice that a small area of the rubber seal below the middle of the back window did not fit flush on the body, the tops frame may need adjustment or just more use as it was stiff.Additional options from the factory include an Interior Courtesy Light, Wonder Bar AM Radio and a Heater/Defroster, all are working.Drive/Show, it's all good, judge for yourself.
