CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
1974 MGB - NOT your typical MGB. Original rust free southern California car, completely repainted in Aston Martin Silver Birch (1960s DB5 color). The all new medium tan interior with leather seating has its inspiration from the Frontline MGB, note things like vinyl covered transmission tunnel, rear concealed storage, early style items: vinyl covered radio console, interior door pulls, rear tail lamps, emblem-less trunk, wooden Moto-lita steering wheel. The stow away top and frame are completely removable, giving it a cleaner look. Engine completely rebuilt to 1969 standards with performance items: aluminum flywheel, light-weight connecting rods, mild street cam, 123Ignition distributor, stainless larger bore exhaust. Overdrive transmission. Every system on this car has been rebuilt. The car runs great, handles well and drives nicely, it's turn-key, ready to drive and needs nothing. Clear Georgia title in my name. The previous owner had the car since 1983. It was in San Diego, and was apparently a southern California car from new. Current mileage of 115062 believed to be correct.Links to videos and more photos below. If you have questions after reading the ad, please ask. The body has NO rust. New windshield, vent window and side window seals. New turn and rear lamps, side trim, headlamp seals, bumpers, chrome grill. Sound deadener was used in the interior. The original sill covers are still in place, along with the original under-seat rubber flooring (rare to find these still in place). Both are in great shape and have been dyed to match the interior.
