| Has LT1/4L60 out of a 96 Impala SS that moves the truck way better than it should... Seriously this thing is a beast. It’s is a true short bed on a trailing arm rear suspension (like c10) and the floor in the cab, cab mounts and the frame are solid. Around the rest of the bottom of the truck there is rust. The rockers are shot (inners ok) the cab corners are not terrible but need done, the driver door has rust in the bottom (could be fixed but cheaper to replace), the lower fenders have some bubbles, there’s a fuel cell in the bed and rust above the windshield on the inside (outside is perfect). The bed sides are ok and the tailgate has rust on the inside at the bottom (not terrible). It is an original black v8/auto truck with ac that has been converted to 5 lugs and disc brakes on the front but not the rear (has adapters). The springs in the front were also cut and need replaced (doesn’t sit level). All this said it is a badass truck the modern drivetrain, power steering and disc brakes make it very easy to drive and as reliable as a 1996 impala ss. In my opinion I’d replace the rockers put springs on it and ride. The price is more than firm and is a super fair deal. I’ve described the good the bad and the ugly so I won’t answer a million questions or send a million pictures. My 72 is almost done and this was going to be next on the chopping block but am going to go with a full chassis build on the next one and this ones to cool to tear apart just to change everything.
