A beautiful Pontiac Grand Prix .I bought this car in August 2017. I've put 133 miles on it since then. There is nothing much wrong with the car, but my wife wants the garage space so I'm selling it. A new interior was installed four years ago except for door panels but I do have new door panels which will be included.. According to the person I bought the car from, the engine and transmission has 5000 miles on them. The transmission is a 200r4 out of a 1985 Grand Sports Buick. The previous owner told me the engine and transmission were rebuilt but he had no receipts. I am an ASE certified mechanic and I believe they were rebuilt as this car runs great. The engine is tight and runs strong. The transmission shifts great. I would drive this car anywhere. I am the 4th owner of this car. It came from Washington state and was owned by women who drove it in parades. It won several trophies in car shows and at one time was in storage for several years. This car has an after market radio and cd player which sounds great. All lights work except trunk light. The clock even works. Chrome is good. It is a very beautiful car.MY IMPROVEMENTS:* I had the car painted last year and there are some minor imperfections. See pictures. In addition, I installed the following: * new shocks front and rear* new front brake shoes and wheel cylinders* new arm rests and seat beltsNOTE:* At the paint shop a mouse put a hole in the passenger side seat (see pictures) * The Trim behind right driver's side door has some knicks. * The car leaks about 5 drops of oil in a week. * A door rattle just recently developed in the passenger door. This will be fixed before I sell the car or I can drop the price a little so you can fix it. * The right side of the dash has a one inch crack in it. (see picture)Car is not under warranty. A $500 deposit cashier check or money order is required within 48 hours of winning the auction. |
