| About this vehicle This 1955 Oldsmobile 88 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work. Seller's Notes This is a rare find. The original owner was from Barstow, CA. She purchased the car new and drove/owned it until the mid 90’s. the car was then purchased by somebody that lived near Barstow, they had plans of turning into a Gasser and taking to SCTA events. Those plans didn’t work out, and I purchased it this year as a restoration project. I was planning on working on it during COVID, but I never found the time. it was in a garage for the last 20 years (somewhat taken apart), so the interior is still in great shape! The transmission is not with the car. the motor is still original, but needs a rebuild. Every part you could ever need is with this, plus some! Perfect CA project car!
