CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER | |
---|---|
Relisting due to non-paying bidder. Solid car from Iowa. Don't buy a car with rust/bad floors and then have to spend thousands getting that repaired. This car has solid floors, no rot underneath and no body sag. Only area of rust concern is dog leg in front of right-rear tire (See pic). Can send additional pic of that area from the back side. AM/FM T&C radio that works on AM only, with floor button. AC equipped, but not working. Heater fan works, but heater hoses are disconnected. Top goes up and down as it should (see video link). On occasion, you have to help the flipper panel up. Interior top switch is present, but does not work. Exterior top control by fuel filler door works fine. Clock works. Windows all work but not all switches work. There is a crack in the column shift bezel/cover right where the gear shift connects to the column. Someone repaired it with a blue epoxy. You cant see it when driving, but it is there. I have another red steering column from a 1966 parts car that you can have if you want it. Reverse lights do not work. There is a repair on the top about the size of a half dollar. See the video to see it. Standard separation in dash to the left of the speaker. Mostly quiet, but has a small exhaust leak on left manifold or doughnut. Needs paint - even as a driver, the paint does not look good.Extra seat belts added for a total of six. Upholstery looks good, but is not perfect (see pictures). New tires. All glass is good. Video of car driving: Video of top going up: Video of top going down: |
