| 1948 Chrysler Royal with restored interior and upgraded engine, trans and accessories. Looks original, drives on the bullet-proof Chrysler 318 from an '88 Fifth Avenue. Automatic transmission, power steering, power disc brakes, power front windows, modern radio (original works too), cruise control, A/C. Modified by a retired mechanic for his wife to drive. Perfect for parades, photo shoots, special events and just getting some attention. The interior was entirely reupholstered. The front windows were converted to electric. Vehicle starts every time and will cruise at 70 on the highway. Because it's a more modern engine, parts are readily available anywhere. Lots of tread left on the wide whitewall tires. This car is not a show winner... it's a hobby car ready for the road and she looks good doing it. Garage kept since rebuilt 15,000 miles ago. Rear windows are stationary.
