| Built in 1966 Edison, NJ also known as the Metuchen Assembly Plant. This Mustang was sold in Atlanta to the late Felix Hoffman in the Buckhead neighborhood. In 2005 I purchased the vehicle from the estate and the car went through a complete restoration with an effort to keep to the original Spirit 200 style. This is the original rebuilt 200 engine. The problematic points and condenser system was electronic ignition. Mr. Hoffman didn't want a radio so it was never installed. The pony seats was an upgrade in the restoration. Sorry I couldn't resist. This is the family and friend ride around car for weekends and holiday. Everyone will waive and marvel over this piece of Americana. Everyone had one or knew someone that had one. | |
