The engine is a C code 289 and the Transmission is code 6 or a C4 automatic. This XL has Power Steering which makes this combination a Joy to Drive….Especially with the Power Top Down. It has an AM radio and an aftermarket FM Cassette mounted below the dash. Small but very nice options like a Remote Mirror and the Deluxe Woodgrain XL Steering Wheel as well as the Sporty XL Wheel Covers. If you like the mellow dual exhaust sound then this one is for you. It runs excellent and you can drive it 60-70 miles per hour all day long…it is in that good of condition. Now for the flaws – it does have some bondo in the quarter panels, but it doesn’t show it. The right seat back has a 1” hole and the picture will show that the top has a small stretch mark hole right above the back glass. The steering wheel has cracks as most get with age.
