1931 Ford Model A5 Window CoupeAll steel bodyA full frame restoration was done about 8 years ago. At this time all new steel fenders, doors, and running boards.Splash panels, bumpers were used.The leather interior and rumble seat was redone 8 years ago.The car is stored and covered in my heated-ac garage when not in use.The car starts and runs good. It is in excellent condition. It has won several car shows. It has won first place twice and second place once.The engine has been replaced. The number that goes on the block is blank. The car has new ID number and is on the door jam.The car is registered and has an antique tag, it is the correct engine.As with most cars from this era, the true mileage is unknown.It has 5 coats black laquer on exterior and interior. No runs or dings in the paint.Recent upgrades- New gas shocks, Front and rear motor mounts, New distributor, New Ford F 100 rebuilt steering gear, Alternator. 6 volt positive ground, New plugs and wires, Radiator stone guard, Lock radiator cap and wings, Rebuilt stainless radiator, Over flow radiator tank, New dash plate, 30 amp ampmeter, Manifold, Manifold heater, Floor matThe cost of upgrade parts was $2550.00 with no labor, shipping and taxes.Reason I am selling the A, we were both born in 1931 and at 89 years old, the A is in much better shape than I. |
